Recently I cannot sleep very well.....
eventhought the clock strikes at 12.00 am and yet i still cannot close my eyes......
until 2.00am i just can sleep well but if i heard something,i will automatically wake up....
and after tat it will be more harder for me to get sleep back T.T
I keep thinking am i getting ISOMNIA?????
I hope not.....
People with Isomnia may.....
- Have trouble falling asleep. This can mean lying in bed for up to an hour or more, tossing and turning, waiting to fall asleep.
- Wake up and have trouble falling back to sleep.
- Wake up too early in the morning.
- Feel tired when they wake up, like they didn't get enough sleep.
- Feel grouchy, sleepy, or anxious, and be unable to get things done during the daytime.
All this symptoms i have.......
Wat should i need to do????
Why suddenly I cannot sleep and cause Isomnia?
Maybe I had poor sleep habits, such as not having a regular bedtime schedule.......Hmmmm!!!!!
Maybe I should count the sheep from 1 to 100 for get a better sleep next time.......XD
